Thomas Sasse writes:
The 1:1 original was raced in the 1969 "Temporada" in Argentina.
The technical details of this "GT- and touring car" (hard body
and rubber tires) are read as follows: the carbon-fibre reinforced
VMC body is attached with pins to a stamped Segura (manufactured from
Spain!) inline chassis powered by Mabucchi's FT26D. It rolls on independent
fronts with ball bearings on 1/8" alu stub axles, rears are "Wiesels" on
1/8" axle. Power supply is via 8:32 Cox gears (.48 pitch).
